It’s art. No, it’s soap. No, it’s art?
My daughter just sent me this photo of her newest soap creation. I’m posting it because I’m flabbergasted. Seems a shame to call this soap! It’s art you can wash with. She told me it’s called “Cruise,” and smells like a sea breeze with coconut and orange.
Too bad, though–I can’t get any of this batch until it cures. That takes three or four weeks. I’ll wait.
gorgeous. ask her if she’ll ship some to canada. i’m with you – i’d leave it in the dish and admire it.
Hi Louise,
I’m happy to ship to Canada, but please use it!
Lovely! I agree with you and think it looks like a work of art.
Thanks, Morgan! 🙂
Absolutely lovely! Will she be putting these up for sale?
Hi, Jacqui! Thanks for asking. Yes, in fact she sells at a lot of local markets and festivals, and has a website: http://www.soapmarked.com. It’s still a bit basic, but she’s about to get professional photos and do a redesign. Cheers!
Wow, what a great combinations of colors. It’s gorgeous!
Hi, Sheila! Glad you like it! She tells me she has no artistic ability.
Oh I want it, too! One to use and one to just look at. Your daughter is VERY talented!
Hi, Kristy! Funny you should say that, because she laughs at me when I leave some of the soap she makes on the shelf for months so I can look at it.
Well then…she should make ugly soaps, LOL. Some things are just too pretty to use. 🙂
She does make a “Manly Ninja Lumberjack Sweat Removal Apparatus,” LOL!
Since it’s supposed to get near 100 degrees here in tropical MICHIGAN this week, that might just come in handy. 🙂
